Calisota


Calisota consists of Olle Bilius, the guitar, bass, keyboards and backing vocalist for Jeniferever. It comes to no surpise that Billus explored to do a 3-track mini EP by himself given the amount of support and influence he drives into Jeniferever’s sound. To highlight this, much of the keyboard that sticks with me so well can also be found on Calisota’s self-titled EP. This is Bilius’ first solo effort, but it couldn’t be made as fantastic as it is without guest appearences from skilled fellow bandmates Ida Peterson Hallmén (Vocals, Piano), Rikard Linder (Drums, Vocals, Percussion), Mattias Jonsson (Acoustic Guitar) and Ellinor Peterson Hallmén(Clarinet). For me it's really great solo debut: soft melancholic, but also catchy and easy-listening - check this out!
