North&South


North&south is an instrumental Post-rock band based out of Miami Fl. Drawing influence from artists such as: Explosions in the Sky, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Mono, and Ef, these four individuals have come together to create music that will move the heart and shake the soul. Blending layers of guitars, bass, and drums; North&south has developed their own sound, their own atmosphere that will bring out the raw emotion of not only the artist in their live performances, but the listener. The group’s debut release: “Ghost EP” deals with themes of aggression, peace, anger, joy, consonance, dissonance, love, and hate. Although the band is young, it is already making a name for itself, developing a strong local fan base by consistently playing shows. For me, they have a good start, and I'll look forward their next release.
